This is a mixed use development. The project is located in a two acres site, L shaped with an approximate dimension of 500 feet along Garvey Street and 300 feet along Atlantic Avenue. The parking garage, retail areas and residential units with landscaped plaza level podium cover areas of approximately 350,000 sq. ft. The project includes two-level parking structures, sandwiched by retail and 110 units of condominiums with the retails at the street level and the residential at the upper levels.
